Job summary

Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM) in Decatur, IL seeks a 12-Hour Rotating Shift Supervisor to lead daily safety, quality, and production activities on the West Plant shift. You will mentor front-line operators, coordinate tasks, and ensure resources and training are in place for productive, safe operations.

The role requires 2+ years in a lead role in continuous manufacturing, and a degree is preferred. It is a full-time, exempt position with rotating nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a lead/supervisor role in continuous manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or HS diploma with 4+ years relevant experience.
• Ability to lead, train teams and ensure safety, quality and continuous improvement.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of hourly production to meet safety, quality and production goals.
• Provide training and resources to employees.
• Lead in safety, GMP inspections and incident analysis within 24 hours.
• Attend area meetings and communicate with management.
