Job summary

ADM (Archer Daniels Midland) in Decatur, IL seeks an Operator III for rotating shifts. The role involves loading/unloading, operating packaging machinery, processing batches, and maintaining safety/compliance. Must be able to work any shift, weekends, holidays, and overtime with notice.

Starting pay is $21.22/hr with a $1.90 shift differential; benefits start on day one and weekly pay is offered. Previous plant experience and forklift experience are beneficial.

Qualifications

• Regular and prompt attendance required.
• Experience in manufacturing or plant environment preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written).

Responsibilities

• Load/unload semi tankers and operate packaging machinery.
• Perform process batching and routine duties; housekeeping and sampling.
• Follow safety procedures and be willing to learn other tasks as needed.
• Operate fork truck and endure physically demanding conditions.
