Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or HS diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven leadership in manufacturing environments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations by hourly production colleagues to meet safety, quality, and production goals.
• Provide resources and training to maintain safe, efficient work practices.
• Lead, mentor and evaluate frontline operators and contractors on shift.
• Ensure compliance with safety, GMP and environmental regulations; lead by example.
