Alchemy in San Francisco seeks a senior product leader to own a 0→1 surface for a developer platform and APIs, from first customer conversation to GA and a self-serve growth engine. You’ll define the wedge, write the spec, sit with design and engineering daily, and engage with developers and CTOs, shaping the roadmap with real latitude.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product, with meaningful time on a developer platform, API, or infrastructure product.
• Product-led growth experience: self-serve funnels, activation, and monetization.
• Founder mentality: started something, or led a new business line.
• Bias to action: fast customer validation and evidence-driven decisions.
• Customer obsessed and commercially fluent, comfortable across sales, design reviews and incidents.
• Thrives in ambiguity and can create structure proactively.
• Technical enough to read an API spec and prototype with an AI coding agent.
• Crypto and web3 experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Go 0→1: turn ambiguous opportunities into shipped products with real usage and revenue.
• Sell, build, and deliver: run discovery, join calls, write pitches, and ship.
• Be the voice of the developer: engage in support channels and developer forums.
• Set the bar on quality and speed: define latency, reliability, and DX targets.
• Make the call: decide with incomplete information and document rationale.
