Job summary

Alchemy is hiring a senior product leader to own the dashboard, developer experience, and self-serve growth engine. You’ll set experimentation and measurement standards, partnering with Node APIs, Data APIs, Wallets, and Billing, while spending meaningful time with customers.

You will drive the product-led journey from docs to first API call to scaled production spend, designing the developer journey and instrumenting it for learnings. Crypto/web3 experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product with focus on developer platforms, APIs, or infrastructure.
• Led a self-serve funnel at scale with measurable impact.
• Demonstrated rigorous experimentation and data-driven decision making.
• Strong analytical skills: modeling, instrumentation, and data storytelling.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives across orgs.
• Customer-facing experience with discovery calls and tech reviews.
• Familiarity with APIs, AI agents, and prototyping.
• Crypto and web3 experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the dashboard and onboarding flow for developers.
• Lead product-led growth, experimentation, and measurement end-to-end.
• Define metrics, holdouts, and optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Billing teams.
• Advance AX/AI agent integrations and developer experience.
