Job summary

Alchemy seeks a senior Product Manager to own a 0→1 surface for developers, from initial conversations to GA and self-serve growth. You will define the wedge, write specs, partner daily with design and engineering, and engage with developers and CTOs to prove revenue impact.

You will shape the roadmap with latitude to define problems and build solutions, balancing technical fluency with business outcomes in a fast-paced, ambiguity-rich environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product, with meaningful time on a developer platform, API, or infrastructure product.
• Experience shipping products engineers integrate, not just use.

Responsibilities

• Go 0→1: turn ambiguous opportunities into shipped products with real usage and revenue.
• Sell, build, and deliver: run discovery calls, join sales calls, write the pitch, then ship and land in production.
• Be the voice of the developer: engage in support channels, GitHub issues, customer Slack channels, and your own terminal.
• Set the bar on quality and speed: define latency, reliability, and DX targets and maintain quality while moving fast.
• Make the call: decide with incomplete information, document rationale, and revisit as data evolves.
