Job summary

Alchemy is building the Web3 infrastructure and developer platform that powers millions of users and leading blockchain apps. You’ll own a 0→1 product surface, from first customer conversation to GA, shaping the wedge and roadmap with design and engineering daily, while engaging developers and CTOs to drive real revenue.

You’ll define the problem and solution, collaborate to ship a high-quality, scalable product, and iterate quickly in a fast-paced, ambiguous setting. Crypto experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product with a developer platform, API, or infrastructure focus.
• Demonstrated product-led growth experience: self-serve funnels, activation & monetization.
• Founder mentality: started something or built a new business line.
• Bias to action with rapid customer validation and decision making.
• Crypto/web3 exposure is a plus; curiosity is essential.

Responsibilities

• Go 0→1: turn ambiguous opportunities into a shipped product with real usage.
• Sell, build, and deliver: run discovery, join calls, write pitches, and ship.
• Be the voice of the developer: engage on channels, ship developer-centric DX.
• Set quality and speed: define latency/reliability/DX goals and enforce them.
• Make calls with incomplete data; document rationale and revisit when data updates.
