Job summary

Alchemy is a Web3 infrastructure and developer platform powering millions of users. We’re seeking a product leader to own a 0→1 surface, from first conversations to GA and self-serve growth. You’ll define the wedge, collaborate with design and engineering, and engage developers and CTOs to prove value and scale revenue.

You’ll thrive in ambiguity, set quality and speed bars for latency and DX, and shape the roadmap with real customer validation and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product with developer platform/API focus.
• Demonstrated product-led growth experience.
• Founder mentality; started something before.
• Bias to action with fast customer validation and data-backed decisions.
• Crypto and web3 experience is a plus; strong curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Go 0→1 from opportunity to shipped product with real usage and revenue.
• Sell, build, and deliver; run discovery, join sales calls, write pitches, then ship what you promised.
• Be the voice of the developer; engage in support channels, GitHub issues, customer Slack, and production incidents.
• Set the bar on latency, reliability, and DX; define great performance and user experience, then move fast.
• Make decisions with incomplete information and document rationale for future review.
