Job summary

Alchemy is seeking a product leader to own a 0→1 surface from first customer conversations to GA and a self-serve growth engine. You will define the wedge, write specs, and work daily with design and engineering, talking to developers and CTOs. You will shape the roadmap with latitude to define problems and solve them.

You’ll drive discovery calls, sell plans, build what you promised, and ensure it lands in production. You’ll be the voice of the developer and balance quality with fast delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience building developer platforms, APIs, or infrastructure products.
• Strong product-led growth experience with self-serve funnels and monetization.
• Founder mindset: started something or built a new product.

Responsibilities

• Go 0→1: shape an ambiguous opportunity into a shipped product with real usage and revenue.
• Sell, build, and deliver: run discovery calls, write pitches, and ship what you promised.
• Be the voice of the developer: engage in support channels, GitHub issues, and customer discussions.
• Set the bar on quality and speed: define latency, reliability, and DX standards and maintain velocity.
• Make the call: decide with incomplete information, document rationale, and adjust as data evolves.
