Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in NY.
• 3-5 years of experience in social services or related fields.
• At least two years of supervisory experience in social services.
• Knowledge in three or more listed areas related to mental health and families.
• Excellent oral and written communication with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Client Care Coordinators, including recruitment, training, and scheduling.
• Guide coordinators in developing and achieving program goals.
• Handle operational issues affecting client care coordination staff.
• Assign cases for immediate assessment and ongoing shelter management.
• Oversee timely completion of bio-psychosocial assessments for clients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to enhance service delivery.
• Coordinate mental health services and referrals to housing and community resources.
• Ensure accurate and clear client care coordinator reports.
