Job summary

Senior Psych Care (SPC) is seeking a licensed therapist to provide in-person therapy in nursing homes across OK, TX, and LA, with a focus on geriatric mental health and a patient-centered approach.

You will collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, NPs, and facility staff, and develop individualized treatment plans while delivering staff training. SPC offers flexible schedules, strong administrative support, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed in OK (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) to provide clinical therapy.
• Experience in geriatric mental health in nursing home settings.
• Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans

Compensation: Up to $120,000 annually (based on experience)
