Job summary

Senior PsychCare in Oklahoma is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver collaborative behavioral health care for residents in long-term care facilities. A signing bonus is available. Locations include Perry and Enid, OK, with both full-time and part-time options.

• Spanish bilingual a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cognitive and emotional assessments to set/manage treatment plans.
• Manage psychotropic medications and gradual dose reductions.
• Collaborate with nursing home staff and SPC’s behavioral health team.
• Participate in treatment team meetings (in-person and virtual).
• Deliver care both in-person and via telehealth when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our EHR system.

Qualifications
