Job summary

Senior PsychCare in San Angelo, TX seeks an LCSW/LPC/LMFT to provide cognitive and emotional assessments and individual, family or group psychotherapy for seniors in long-term care. The role supports a mission-driven, collaborative behavioral health team.

You will collaborate with nursing home staff and SPC's behavioral health team, participate in multidisciplinary meetings, and deliver care in-person or via telehealth, with flexible full- or part-time schedules.

Qualifications

• Texas license categories: LCSW/LPC/LMFT (active).
• Experience with geriatric populations strongly preferred.
• Spanish bilingual is a plus.
• Must have valid driver's license and be able to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cognitive and emotional assessments to guide treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family and/or group psychotherapy for seniors.
• Collaborate with nursing home staff and SPC's behavioral health team.
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings (in-person and virtual).
• Deliver care in-person and via telehealth when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our EHR system.

What You'll Do
