Job summary

Senior Psych Care (SPC) is seeking licensed therapists to deliver in-person and telehealth services within nursing homes and assisted living communities across the region. You will support older adults’ emotional well-being and quality of life, working as part of an interdisciplinary team with strong administrative support.

Role offers flexible full-time or part-time schedules, competitive compensation up to $120,000 yearly depending on experience, and comprehensive benefits including health

Qualifications

• Licensed therapist (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) in good standing.
• Experience delivering therapy in geriatric or long-term care settings preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy in nursing home or geriatric settings.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for older adults.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurse practitioners, and facility staff for holistic care.
