Job summary

Senior PsychCare is seeking a licensed therapist to deliver in-person therapy in nursing homes across Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma. You will provide individual, group, and family therapy, develop tailored treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve senior well-being.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Oklahoma to practice
• Experience in geriatric mental health or geriatric care
• Ability to provide individual, group, and family therapy
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists and nursing staff

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy in the nursing home setting
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurse practitioners, and facility staff for holistic patient care

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) / Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) / Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)

Compensation: Up to $120,000 annually (based on experience)
