Job summary

Senior PsychCare seeks a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our collaborative geriatric behavioral health team in Tulsa, OK. Full-time or part-time positions with a signing bonus available offer flexible scheduling and robust support.

You'll conduct cognitive and emotional assessments, manage psychotropic medications, and collaborate with nursing home staff. Telehealth enabled when appropriate, with comprehensive EHR documentation and dedicated administrative support.

Qualifications

• Licensed NP or PA in Oklahoma
• Psychiatric/mental health experience required
• Geriatric populations experience preferred
• Spanish language ability a plus
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable traveling locally
• Adaptable, flexible, and committed to team-based care

Responsibilities

• Conduct cognitive and emotional assessments to set/manage treatment plans
• Manage psychotropic medication and gradual dose reductions
• Collaborate with nursing home staff and SPC’s behavioral health team
• Participate in treatment team meetings (in-person and virtual)
• Deliver care both in-person and via telehealth when appropriate
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our EHR system
