Job summary

Senior PsychCare in Texas is seeking a licensed therapist (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) to provide in-person therapy within nursing homes and assisted living communities. The role focuses on geriatric mental health and improving quality of life for older adults.

You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, create personalized treatment plans, deliver individual/group/family therapy, and participate in staff training.

Qualifications

• Licensed professional licenses required in Texas: LCSW, LPC or LMFT.
• Experience delivering therapy in geriatric or nursing home settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy in geriatric settings such as nursing homes or assisted living facilities.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
