Job summary

Senior Psych Care (SPC) is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide in-person therapy within Texas nursing home and assisted living settings. The role supports older adults’ emotional well-being and quality of life in a supportive, interdisciplinary team.

You’ll work onsite or with telehealth options, benefit from strong administrative support, and enjoy flexible full- or part-time schedules, competitive pay up to $120,000 annually

Qualifications

• Licensed therapist with current LPC or LMFT in Texas.
• Experience delivering therapy in geriatric settings preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy in nursing home settings.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
