Job summary

Senior Psych Care (SPC) is seeking licensed therapists in the Midland, TX area to deliver in-person therapy to older adults in nursing homes and assisted living communities. You will join an interdisciplinary team focused on geriatric mental health and CMS-aligned, client-centered care.

Licensed as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT and able to work onsite with optional telehealth, you’ll support treatment planning, collaborate with medical and facility staff, and contribute to ongoing staff education.

Qualifications

• Licensed as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in good standing.
• Experience delivering therapy in geriatric settings preferred.
• Ability to work in nursing homes and assisted living facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy in nursing homes.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and facility staff for holistic care.
