Job summary

Senior Psych Care (SPC) seeks licensed therapists to provide in-person and telehealth therapy for older adults in TX nursing homes and assisted living facilities. You will join an interdisciplinary team and help improve emotional well-being and quality of life for residents.

The role supports flexible schedules (full-time or part-time) with strong administrative support, billing/credentialing handled by SPC, and a comprehensive benefits package. Experience in geriatric mental health is preferred.

Qualifications

Licensed clinical social worker, licensed professional counselor, or licensed marriage & family therapist in Texas.
Experience delivering geriatric mental health care in nursing homes or assisted living settings.
Ability to collaborate within interdisciplinary care teams and provide staff training.

Responsibilities

Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy in nursing home settings.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for older adults.
Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and facility staff for holistic patient care.
Deliver staff training and in-service education to facility personnel.
