Job summary

Senior Psych Care seeks a licensed therapist to provide in-person therapy at Lawton, OK State Veteran Home, delivering individual, group, and family sessions to older adults.

You will create personalized treatment plans, collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurse practitioners, and facility staff, and contribute to staff training while benefiting from flexible part-time scheduling and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license in good standing.
• Experience delivering therapy to older adults in geriatric settings.
• Ability to collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, NPs, and facility staff; provide staff training.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy in the nursing home setting.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurse practitioners, and facility staff for holistic patient care.
• Offer staff training and in-service education to facility staff.

Compensation: Up to $120,000 annually (based on experience)

Locations: Lawton, OK State Veteran Home

Job Type: Part-Time 2-3 days/week
