You will engage with clients and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Service, and regional staff. The role requires a life science degree with LCMS experience, willingness to travel, and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a life science field, higher degree preferred
• Minimum of two years in technical applications or method development with LCMS
• Experience in maintenance and repair of analytical instrumentation; marketing and sales experience desirable

Responsibilities

• Provide marketing support to sales, including demonstrations and product presentations
• Gather and analyze competitive information for assigned products
• Create sales support materials and feature/benefit analyses
• Evaluate market needs and propose hardware/software solutions
• Develop and deliver technical training and maintain instruments in the lab
