Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field is required.
• Minimum of two years in technical applications or method development with HPLC.
• Experience in maintenance and repair of analytical instrumentation is expected.
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Provide marketing support to the sales team with demonstrations and product presentations.
• Gather and analyze competitive information for assigned products.
• Create sales support documentation and positioning strategies.
• Evaluate market needs and propose hardware/software solutions.
• Develop and deliver technical training and maintain lab instruments.
