Job summary

Associa is seeking a Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) to oversee assigned communities in Jacksonville, FL. The role involves interacting with homeowners, vendors, board members, committee members, onsite staff, CSSC, and branch office to ensure effective operation.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida LCAM license is required.
• 1-3 years of HOA/condo management experience preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operation and administration of the Association according to management agreement, Florida Statutes, and policies.
• Serve as primary liaison with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners.
• Attend evening Board meetings and community events; monitor delinquency and collections.
• Prepare Board packages within established time frames; oversee Covenant Enforcement process.
• Conduct regular site inspections; obtain vendor proposals; review financial reports.
• Communicate timely; perform other duties as assigned.
