Job summary

Associa is seeking a Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) to supervise the assigned communities, interacting with homeowners, vendors, board and committee members, and onsite staff. Qualifications

• Valid Florida Community Association Manager (LCAM) license required.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience managing HOAs or Condos.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operation and administration per management agreement, Florida Statutes, and policies.
• Liaise with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners.
• Attend evening Board meetings and community events.
• Inform Boards about legal actions involving the Association.
• Monitor client delinquency and collections processes.
• Maintain unit and contract files related to operations.
• Prepare Board packages within set time frames.
• Oversee Covenant Enforcement process.
• Regular site inspections and timely communications.
• Other duties as assigned.
