Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) in Tampa, FL to oversee daily operations of condominium and HOA communities.

The role requires hands-on management, board governance support, vendor supervision, and ensuring compliance with governing documents and Florida statutes. The ideal candidate will hold an active Florida LCAM license, have 1 year of management experience, and be proficient with budgeting, reporting, and property management software such as Microsoft

Qualifications

• Licensed LCAM with hands-on experience overseeing condo/HOA operations.
• Experience supporting Board governance and vendor management.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned condominium or homeowners’ associations
• Serve as primary liaison to Board Members and provide operational guidance
• Coordinate and facilitate Board meetings, including agendas, reports, and follow-ups
• Manage vendors, contractors, and maintenance personnel to ensure service quality
• Enforce community rules, regulations, and governing documents
• Supervise onsite staff and support operational workflows
• Assist with budgeting, financial tracking, and administrative reporting
• Respond to resident concerns and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance community operations
• Participating in ongoing training, meetings, and professional development activities
