The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background and excellent communication skills, with at least 3 years of experience in related banking operations. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Responsabilidades

• Process amendments of Commercial and/or Performance/Financial Standby Letters of Credit in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide cross-training assistance for less experienced staff and give management feedback on progress.
• Participate in letter of credit project teams as required and identify fraudulent items per ITF policies.
• Adhere to risk and regulatory standards; escalate risk issues to management when needed.
• Support an inclusive culture and uphold the M&T Bank brand.
• Ensure internal controls and respond to audit findings and external regulatory requirements.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
