Responsibilities

• Underwrite transactions and support portfolio management through deal screen to loan life.
• Perform ongoing credit monitoring and risk rating updates for commercial credits.
• Review financial statements, tax returns, appraisals, industry data and other credit information to identify risks and mitigants.
• Prepare cash flow, covenant sensitivity, collateral, and guarantor analyses; build financial models for scenarios.
• Collaborate with relationship managers to structure loan terms, conditions, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Commercial Credit Policy and regulatory standards.
