Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication; attention to detail and independent work capability.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite new requests and material modifications from deal screen through approval and for the life of the loan.
• Perform CCM to monitor ongoing credit risk and identify emerging risk requiring action.
• Review financial statements, tax returns, due diligence reports, appraisals, and internal credit data to determine creditworthiness.
• Prepare cash flow, collateral schedules, covenant sensitivity calculations, financial models, and guarantor analysis.
• Attend client/prospect calls with relationship managers to understand business and advise on risk ratings.
