Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Underwrite new loan requests and modifications from deal screen to approval and life of loan.
• Monitor credit risk in portfolios with CCM, identifying issues early.
• Review financial statements, tax returns, appraisals and related data.
• Prepare cash flow, collateral schedules, and covenant sensitivity analyses.
• Attend client/prospect calls with relationship managers to understand the business.
• Present credit analysis, risk rating and recommendations to committees.
• Ensure compliance with Commercial Credit Policy and risk standards.
