Fermilab is seeking an LBNF DUNE-US Deputy Director for our Near Site in Batavia. You will provide programmatic leadership, strategic planning, and oversight of the assigned scope, coordinating with DOE, Fermilab leadership, and international partners to ensure schedule, cost, and safety goals are met.

You will lead staffing, oversee operations, and represent the project to the physics community, with on-site responsibilities at Fermilab's Batavia office.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree with a Discipline in Business, Engineering or relevant degree.
• A minimum of 10+ years of large project management experience.
• Experience interacting and negotiating with national and international partners.
• Strong engineering/construction/project management background with international collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Serving as the primary point of contact for the assigned scope of work with Fermilab and external partners.
• Maintaining communication with project leadership and collaborators on progress.
• Coordinating with international partners and governance structures.
• Representing scope of work to the physics community and ensuring safety and execution.
• Coordinating with DOE and project leadership on planning, budgeting, and execution.
• Managing human resources actions for the assigned area.
