Job summary

GenetiQ Software is seeking a Software Solutions Specialist to bring deep North American LBM knowledge into GenetiQ implementation projects. This senior, customer-facing role requires leading from industry experience, guiding operational decisions and ensuring GenetiQ aligns with how LBM businesses actually operate.

You will bridge customer needs with GenetiQ internal teams, influence product development, and help standardize reusable templates and playbooks from live projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years working in or around the North American LBM industry.
• Experience inside an LBM dealer, distributor, buying group, software vendor or ERP implementation environment.
• Strong understanding of LBM workflows including purchasing, inventory, pricing, dispatch and multi-branch operations.
• Experience with legacy LBM ERP products or business management systems.
• Ability to lead customer conversations with credibility and clarity.
• Ability to simplify complex operational issues into clear decisions and actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support discovery sessions with customer executives and operators.
• Translate customer requirements into practical LBM process designs.
• Challenge legacy requests to avoid unnecessary complexity.
• Help customers understand how GenetiQ supports modern, scalable ways of working.
• Provide practical industry interpretation to standardize delivery patterns and templates.
• Coach teams and onboard new members with LBM knowledge.
