Deliveroo in Lazio is hiring a Business Development Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will map, prospect, and close new restaurants across the region, serving as the area-level expert.

You will support partners to join Deliveroo and ensure the best experience through direct outreach and demonstrations of Deliveroo technology. The role requires fluent Italian and sales experience; English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Target new business and have sales experience.
• Comfort dealing with partners/customers face-to-face, by phone, or email.
• Experience in demonstrating product and industry knowledge to clients.
• Fluent Italian (mandatory) + good command of English.
• You will need to be comfortable with negotiations.
• Knowledge of the restaurant industry is a significant plus.
• Tenacious and persistent in reaching targets.

Responsabilités

• Map, prospect, pitch and close new restaurants across your region in an organised fashion.
• Support partners in joining Deliveroo, providing the best experience to them.
• Communicate with restaurants to demonstrate Deliveroo technology via visits, email, calls, or social media.
• Help restaurant owners/managers overcome barriers or hesitations.
• Attend restaurant and food meet-ups.
