Qualifications

• Prior administrative experience in law firm or professional services setting is required.
• Understanding of the attorney recruiting life cycle.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate projects to completion.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lawyer Recruiting Managers with all aspects of lateral hiring and integration, with emphasis on partner hiring.
• Prepare interview schedules and distribute details to candidates and search firms.
• Greet candidates and monitor interviews, virtually or in person.
• Prepare offer letters and regret communications with support from the team.
• Prepare due diligence actions including background checks and conflicts communication.
• Assist with lateral attorney sourcing using LinkedIn and Leopard List.
• Update candidate activity in viRecruit and maintain reports.
• Engage with third-party recruiters and manage search agreements.
