Qualifications

• Prior administrative experience in a law firm or professional services setting is required.
• Understanding of attorney recruiting lifecycle and processes preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lawyer Recruiting Managers with lateral hiring and partner recruiting activities.
• Prepare interview schedules and coordinate with candidates and search firms.
• Greet candidates and monitor interviews, virtually or in person.
