Job summary

Wilson Sonsini is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join the Lateral Recruiting Team. Based in New York or Washington, DC, you will support attorney recruiting firmwide with a focus on the East Coast and Europe, coordinating interviews across time zones and assisting with European hiring processes.

You'll collaborate with recruiters, Onboarding, and HR, and help attract diverse legal talent. A hybrid work schedule and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years corporate recruiting experience in a law firm or professional services preferred.
• Experience with European employment contracts and offer letters is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review candidate materials (resumes, transcripts, writing samples) and present candidates to practice group leaders.
• Coordinate interview scheduling for East Coast offices and Europe, across multiple time zones.
• Ensure smooth candidate communication throughout the process.
• Draft European employment contracts and offer letters and verify documents.
• Coordinate with London/Brussels teams on logistics and hiring processes.
• Update templates to reflect revisions in benefits information with HR as needed.
• Support recruiting events, including logistics, invitations, and materials.
• Maintain candidate tracking systems and generate recruiting reports.
• Partner with recruiters to ensure smooth interview-to-hire transition.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance candidate experience.
• Maintain records in viRecruit and Workday.
