Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional appearance while providing diagnosis and treatment for insects, diseases, weeds, and turf cultural issues.
• Operate lawn care services efficiently, following scheduled routes, applying products safely, and adhering to instructions.
• Build positive customer relationships through courteous service and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Engage in ongoing learning about products and services through paid training.

Position Requirements

• Pass pre-employment background screening.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and pass a driving record check.
• Be available to work Monday through Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.
