Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Our Lawn Specialist will maintain a professional appearance of lawn care while diagnosing and treating insects, diseases, weeds, and cultural issues related to turf grass.

1. Lawn Services: Responsible for daily lawn care operations, following schedules, applying products safely, and ensuring efficient service.
2. Customer Experience: Build relationships through friendly, helpful, and courteous behavior. Respond promptly to service requests.
3. Continuous Learning: Gain knowledge of products and services through provided, paid training.

Position Requirements

• Successfully pass pre-employment background screening
• Possess a valid driver’s license and pass driving record check
• Availability to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED
• Customer-facing experience preferred
