Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Our Lawn Specialist will maintain a professional appearance while providing diagnosis and treatment of insects, diseases, weeds, and cultural issues related to turf grass health.

• Lawn Services - Manage daily lawn care operations following training to ensure efficient service. Follow scheduled routes, arrive on time, apply products safely, and adhere to label instructions.
• Customer Experience - Build positive relationships through friendly and courteous interactions during service visits. Respond promptly to phone and in-person service requests.
• Continuous Learning - Gain knowledge of available products and services through provided, paid training.

Position Requirements

• Successfully pass pre-employment background screening
• Hold a valid driver’s license and pass a driving record check
• Be available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED
• Customer-facing experience preferred
