Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Lawn Services - Conduct daily lawn care operations, following training to ensure efficient service. Follow scheduled routes, apply products safely, and adhere to label instructions.
• Customer Experience - Build relationships through friendly and courteous service. Respond promptly to service requests via phone or in person.
• Continuous Learning - Gain knowledge of products and services through provided, paid training.

Position Requirements

• Pass pre-employment background screening
• Valid driver’s license and motor vehicle record check
• Availability to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED
• Customer-facing experience preferred
