DJ's Landscape Management in Prior Lake, MN is hiring a Lawn Care Technician. The role requires Minnesota Commercial Pesticide Applicator license (A & E) and at least 1 year of lawn care experience, including ride-on spreader operation.

A valid driver’s license and the ability to lift 50 pounds are essential. The team offers competitive pay ranging from $24 to $28+ per hour, snow pay, incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minnesota Commercial Pesticide Applicator License (Categories A & E mandatory).
• 1 year of commercial lawn care experience, incl. operation of ride-on spreader.
• Possess a Driver's license.
• Experience driving a truck w/ trailer.
• Basic math skills for calibrating spreaders and measuring pesticides.
• Possess a Smartphone to track time/materials and navigate properties.
• Ability to work independently or with a crew.
• Knowledge of lawn and landscape management, pest/disease identification.
• Willingness to help in other areas as needed.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
