DJ's Landscape Management is seeking a hands-on Vegetation Control Crew Lead to guide a small team at commercial sites throughout the season. You will be hands-on with weed control, including spray applications, and will lead daily operations to keep sites looking sharp.

Qualifications

• Must be able to walk for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to lead a small crew and work independently.

• Valid license or ability to obtain one.

Lead the charge in outdoor property care. DJ’s Landscape Management is looking for a hands-on Vegetation Control Crew Lead to direct a small team and keep our commercial client sites looking sharp all season long. Whether you're hand-pulling stubborn weeds or utilizing professional spray applications, your work makes an immediate visual impact. Already licensed? Awesome. Not licensed yet? Requirements

• The ability to walk for long periods of time
• Able to carry a backpack sprayer weighing up to 50 pounds
• The capacity to work independently and lead a small crew
• The ability to identify common weeds of Minnesota
• The ability to operate and care for assigned equipment
• Skill in reading map directions from a mobile device or hard copy
• Desire to work daily at the highest level of professionalism, quality, and performance
• Desire to work with a team to accomplish goals
• Ability to bend, squat, and lift for long periods of time
• Able to work outdoors in a wide variety of conditions for an extended period of time.
• A valid license or the ability to obtain one.
• Ability to read pesticide labels and accurately measure pesticides according to label rate.
• Strong attention to detail and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
