DJ’s Landscape Management is hiring for a hands-on Vegetation Control Crew member to assist a small team keeping commercial client sites sharp all season. You may hand-pull weeds or use professional spray applications, with real impact on appearance.

We sponsor training, materials, and exam fees to earn a Commercial Pesticide Applicator License (Category A & E) and offer snow pay, a 401(k) with company match, EAP, and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to walk for long periods.
• Able to carry a backpack sprayer up to 50 pounds.
• Read maps or directions from a mobile device or hard copy.
• Work well in a crew and take direction.
• Identify common Minnesota weeds.
• Operate and care for assigned equipment.
• Maintain high level of professionalism, quality, and performance.
• Desire to work with a team to accomplish goals.

• Competitive base pay: $20 - $26 per hour, based on experience
