DJ's Landscape Management in Minnesota seeks a hands-on Vegetation Control Crew member to support a small team keeping commercial sites sharp all season. You’ll hand-pull weeds and use professional spray applications, making an immediate visual impact.

Responsibilities

• Hand-pull weeds and apply professional spray applications on commercial sites
• Assist a small team to maintain property appearance throughout season
• Identify Minnesota weeds and follow maps/directions for site tasks
• Maintain safety protocols and proper equipment care
• Collaborate with crew lead to meet daily goals

Lead the charge in outdoor property care. DJ's Landscape Management is looking for a hands-on Vegetation Control Crew member to assist a small team keeping our commercial client sites looking sharp all season long. Requirements

• The ability to walk for long periods of time
• Able to carry a backpack sprayer weighing up to 50 pounds
• The ability to take direction from the crew lead and work as team
• The ability to identify common weeds of Minnesota
• The ability to operate and care for assigned equipment
• Skill in reading map directions from a mobile device or hard copy
• Desire to work daily at the highest level of professionalism, quality, and performance
• Desire to work with a team to accomplish goals
• Ability to bend, squat, and lift for long periods of time
• Able to work outdoors in a wide variety of conditions for an extended period of time.
• A valid license or the ability to obtain one.
• Ability to read pesticide labels and accurately measure pesticides according to label rate.
• Strong attention to detail and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
