Qualifications

• Associate’s degree plus 2+ years relevant lawn/horticulture experience.
• 2+ years supervisory management experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree and sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• Must be 21 years of age by hire date.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates service quality and develops procedures to minimize complaints.
• Coaches and develops lawn specialists; reduces cancellations.
• Recruits, interviews, selects staff; documents performance and actions.
• Plans and conducts ongoing training for service personnel.
• Supervises a team to meet service and sales goals; promotes teamwork.
• Checks work for accuracy and adherence to policies.
• Determines work procedures; coordinates information between customers and field techs.
• Prepares reports and conducts management meetings.
• Ensures a safe workplace with ongoing training and compliance.
• Maintains DOT pre/post trip inspections and licensing as required.
