Job summary

TruGreen seeks a skilled Service Leadership professional to recruit, train, and supervise a team of lawn care specialists. You will coach field staff to exceed customer expectations and improve retention through high-quality service.

The role requires an associate degree with 2+ years of supervisory experience; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. Extensive local travel and a valid driver’s license are required. On-site work in White Marsh, MD is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a business-related discipline and 2+ years of related supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates service quality and reduces customer complaints.
• Coaches and develops lawn specialists and trainees.
• Recruits, interviews, and selects staff; conducts performance evaluations and salary recommendations.
• Plans and conducts new hire and ongoing training for service personnel.
• Supervises technicians to ensure goals are met and promotes teamwork.
