Job summary

Holland & Hart in Denver is seeking a Law Student Recruiting Coordinator to handle logistics for law student and entry-level attorney recruiting across offices. You will coordinate OCI, on-campus events, and the direct-applicant process while ensuring timely communication with candidates.

Responsibilities include preparing interviewer packets, managing interview schedules, and supporting summer program logistics, including orientation and stipends where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of directly-related experience/education required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Two years of recruiting experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services.
• Experience with FloRecruit, Symplicity, viRecruit, viDesktop, or UKG is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate OCI logistics, schedule building, and campus interview activities.
• Manage candidate communications and reference checks as needed.
• Support summer program logistics, orientation, and events.
• Prepare interviewer materials and recruitment packets for events.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data and reporting.
