Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5 years of administrative support or other relevant experience required.

• Prior work in an academic library and/or higher education setting preferred.

• Prepares and compiles correspondence, reports, and related documents.
• Creates and maintains complex spreadsheets, databases, or reports.
• Administers budgets for awards and department; approves purchases and reimbursements.
• Processes accounting transfers, deposits, and payroll; posts journal entries.
• Creates and monitors budget statements; reconciles accounts and balances near year-end.
• Assists in the preparation of the annual budget and closes of fiscal year.
• Represents the department to internal and external contacts and handles confidential information.
• Assists students with resources and implements administrative changes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
