Qualifications

• Three years in student accounts, financial reporting, or related work.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree and experience with PeopleSoft or CAESAR.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze student accounts in PeopleSoft to identify discrepancies and posting errors.
• Process refunds, adjustments, tuition-related activities, and other financial transactions.
• Coordinate with students, departments, sponsors, and vendors to resolve issues.
• Prepare and maintain reports, and ensure timely and compliant operations.
• Support cross-training, process improvements, and documentation updates.
