Northwestern University’s Pritzker School of Law Finance Team seeks a Financial Coordinator to be the first point of contact for the university's financial systems, policies, and procedures. You will support financial reporting, budgeting, and quarterly forecasting while delivering high-quality customer service across Law School departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 1 year financial, budgeting or preparing reconciliations or financial statements experience.
• Excellent computer skills including spreadsheet, database and word processing software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance contact for questions and policy guidance.
• Support monthly reconciliations for ~ $9M operating budget and corrections.
• Assist with year-end close journal entries and quarterly forecasting.
• Process revenue and expense transactions and ensure budget alignment.
